All services are subject to availability and scheduled based on technician availability and location.

2. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are clearly communicated before the appointment and may vary based on room size, condition, and additional treatments requested.
We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Zelle

  • Cash

  • Checks

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If a technician arrives and cannot access the property or the job is canceled on-site, a service fee may be charged.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the areas being cleaned

  • Notify us in advance of any fragile items or materials requiring special care

  • Ensure pets are secured during service

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, unsecured items, or improper use of treated areas.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Pet-related damage

  • Dye bleeding from non-colorfast fabrics

  • Items left behind after service

Please remove valuables and sensitive items prior to cleaning.

Content on our website may not be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
