Our story

Zep Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning opened in May 2025, owner-operated by Dan. We started with a simple frustration: the cleaning category is full of bait pricing, vague guarantees, and crews that don't respect a home. We built the opposite of that.

Every job starts with a written quote, priced from the photos you text over — before we even drive out. On arrival we still walk every room before we plug anything in. Stains we can't lift, we say so. Old urine that's soaked the pad, we'll explain the tradeoffs. Same on the upside: traffic lanes you thought were gone forever often come right back.

Our chemistry is chosen for households with kids and animals. Our process is built around your fabric — microfiber gets one approach, linen another, viscose a third. We use the right tool for the room, not a one-size-fits-all wand.
