Vacuum, cardboard out, walkthrough with you before we go.

Carpet so worn that cleaning won't save it
If the fiber is shredded or matted permanently flat, install is cheaper than throwing money at cleaning. We tell you honestly during a free measure.
Pet damage that's beyond enzymes
Severe urine contamination through to the subfloor. We replace pad, treat the subfloor, and install fresh carpet. Cleaner result than chasing the smell forever.
Stairs that look worse than the rest of the house
Stair carpet wears in 5-7 years at most. We can re-carpet just the stairs (with waterfall or wrapped construction) to match or complement the rest.
Pre-sale or rental turnover
Replacing tired carpet before a listing or new lease often returns more in offer price than it costs. Quick turnaround scheduling — we can usually finish in 1-2 days for a typical home.

What's your minimum service and do you give estimates?
We have a reasonable minimum to cover travel and setup, and free estimates by phone, photo, or quick visit. Pricing depends on room size, soil level, stains, and add-ons like protector or deodorizing. You get a written or texted quote before we begin — no surprises. Ask about bundle pricing (living room + hallway + stairs, or sofa + loveseat).
