Coverage we carry

The basics every property needs.

• General liability

  Standard limits ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate). Higher limits available on request if your property requires them — most do not.

• Workers compensation

  All techs covered under NJ workers comp. Required by most management companies before any work begins on commercial property.

• Additional insured naming

  We add your property and/or management company as additional insured on our COI before the first visit. Standard practice, no extra cost.

• Annual renewal automation

  When our COI renews each year, we auto-send the updated certificate to every property we work — no chasing required from your end.
