How same-day actually works
One crew, one schedule — here's the honest version.
1. Call or text before noon
Tell us the town, the rooms, and what happened. Photos by text get you a written quote in minutes.
2. We check today's route
If your town fits the day's route, you get a real arrival window on the spot. If it doesn't, we say so and offer next morning.
3. Same prices, in writing
Carpet from $169 for 3 rooms, $140 visit minimum — identical to a booked-ahead job. You approve the quote before we start.

What fits a same-day window
Most jobs. Not quite all.
- Carpet cleaning — rooms, stairs, hallways, traffic lanes
- Fresh pet accidents — the sooner treated, the better the odds

How late can I call and still get same-day service?
Before noon is the honest cutoff for most towns. We're owner-operated — one crew, one schedule — so afternoon slots fill from the morning's calls. Towns close to Lyndhurst (Rutherford, East Rutherford, Wood-Ridge, Garfield, Secaucus) sometimes work even on an afternoon call if the route lines up.
Is there an extra charge for same-day?
No. Same-day work is priced exactly like a scheduled visit — the published starting prices and the $140 service minimum apply, and you still get the quote in writing before we start. No rush fee.
Which services can be done same-day?
Carpet cleaning, upholstery, pet stain and odor treatment, and mattress cleaning all fit a same-day window. Area rugs can be picked up same-day, but wool and delicate rugs wash off-site over a few days. Carpet installation always needs a measure first, so it books ahead.
What if you can't fit me in today?
We'll say so on the phone immediately and offer the next real opening — usually next morning. We'd rather give you a window we'll actually hit than overbook and slip. If it's an emergency we can't serve, we'll tell you that too.
Are you available on weekends?
Sundays yes — we work Sunday through Friday, 7am to 7pm. Saturdays we're closed. A Sunday morning call has the same same-day odds as any weekday.
