Final pricing depends on square footage, frequency, access (after-hours vs. weekend), and any add-ons (chairs, partitions, listing-photo refresh, biohazard treatment). The written bid covers everything before we start.

Sometimes — depends on the listing size and what's needed. A standard 1-bedroom carpet refresh takes 60–90 minutes plus dry time. If you have an 11 AM checkout and 4 PM check-in, we can fit a carpet refresh. For full pet-room turnover (4-6 hour dry), you'll need a same-day or next-day buffer.
Do I need to be home? How do you get in?
You don't need to be home. We use lockbox codes, smart-lock one-time codes, or coordinated key drop. Texted photos before and after each visit so you can verify from anywhere.
Will my cleaning fees become more visible to guests?
Airbnb shows cleaning fees as a line item. If you're already charging guests for cleaning, our visits typically slot into that fee bucket. If you want to keep the visible cleaning fee flat and absorb deep-clean visits as a quarterly cost, that works too — most STR owners split it that way.
Can you refresh the listing photos after a deep clean?
Yes — $49 add-on. We wait through dry time and shoot 4-6 wide shots of the cleaned space with consistent lighting. Owners who refresh listing photos every 6 months report 5-15% nightly rate improvement, especially for older listings where the photos don't match the current condition.
