We pair it with targeted spot treatments and a pH-balanced rinse to protect fibers and dye stability. For delicate or moisture-sensitive materials we can use low-moisture techniques instead.

Are your cleaning solutions safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use child- and pet-safe detergents and deodorizers, correct dilution, and thorough rinsing so no sticky residue is left behind. We avoid harsh solvents on residential carpet and upholstery, and we spot-test fabrics before treatment. How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?

Most homes dry in 4–8 hours, depending on carpet fiber, soil level, indoor humidity, and airflow. We set nap in one direction, perform extra extraction passes, and can place air movers if needed. Cracking a window or running HVAC fans helps. Avoid heavy traffic until dry; socks are fine.

We treat pet accidents with enzyme/oxidizing solutions that target odor-causing compounds. Fresh spots respond best; older or repeated issues may have soaked the pad, requiring deeper treatments or partial pad replacement for full odor removal. We inspect with UV light, explain realistic outcomes, and price options before we start.

What should we do before the technician arrives?

Pick up small items, toys, cables, and breakables. Move lightweight furniture if you want every inch cleaned — we'll slide small pieces but won't move large beds, dressers, electronics, or antiques for safety. A quick vacuum helps but isn't required. Let us know about gate codes, elevators, and parking.

What's your minimum service and do you give estimates?

We have a reasonable minimum to cover travel and setup, and free estimates by phone, photo, or quick visit. Pricing depends on room size, soil level, stains, and add-ons like protector or deodorizing. You get a written or texted quote before we begin — no surprises. Ask about bundle pricing (living room + hallway + stairs, or sofa + loveseat).

Will every stain come out?

We get excellent results, but some spots are permanent — bleach, hair dye, paint, or old urine that altered the dye. We identify likely outcomes during the pre-inspection and treat with the right chemistry and dwell time. If a mark won't fully lift, we'll explain why and suggest options like color repair or rug placement.

How often should I clean carpets in a home with pets or kids?

For most families, professional cleaning every 6–12 months keeps carpets healthy and warranties intact. With pets, allergies, or heavy traffic, every 3–6 months in high-use areas (family room, stairs, hallways). Between visits: weekly vacuum, blot spills (don't rub), and entry mats at doors.

Do you clean stairs and hallways?

Yes. Stairs collect oils and fine grit that wear fibers quickly. We pre-treat, agitate treads, and extract with a stair tool. Landings and hallways get extra extraction passes. Ask about a stair package or adding protector so these areas resist future tracking.

Do you offer fabric protector after cleaning? Is it worth it?

Yes. Protector creates an invisible barrier that helps liquids bead up and soil release more easily. It doesn't make items stain-proof, but it buys you time to blot spills and keeps fibers cleaner longer — especially useful on dining chairs, family-room sofas, stairs, and play areas.
